Now available: a complete range of suspension upgrade options for the YZF R9 sport-racing bike.
At the front, a full range of hydraulic cartridge kits featuring the asymmetric Quad Valve System.
The choice includes:
- the 25 mm asymmetric “sealed and pressurized” F25SA, our top-of-the-range cartridge;
- the 25 mm asymmetric “classic” Quad Valve F25R, our classic cartridge for track use;
- the 20 mm asymmetric Quad Valve F20K, our entry-level cartridge.
All cartridges are fully adjustable for compression, rebound and spring preload. As usual, they replace all the original internal fork components and are “plug & play” and fully reversible.
At the rear, the sophisticated three-way “R” Series shock absorber, designed for racing and track use.
Fully adjustable for compression (high- and low-speed), rebound, ride height and hydraulic spring preload.
The hydraulic spring preload adjuster allows quick and easy setting changes according to the rider’s needs.
The range is completed by the two-way, multi-adjustable M46K, our mid-level shock absorber.
Both rear shocks are available with the classic orange spring or with a black spring (Dark Series).
As usual, different spring rates are available for both front and rear suspension, according to the rider’s weight and intended use.
To reduce front-wheel shaking and provide greater safety at high speeds, both on track and on the road, a ready-to-fit steering damper kit is available, based on the exclusive “Speed Sensitive System” SDR & SDK damper series.
